A Public Wireless Hotspot is a area where a computers or PDAs equipped with a WLAN capability can connect to a the Internet through Wireless Access Points. In order to connect tho HotLink's Hotspots you need to purchase an account and follow the instructions on this site. Usually, no changes to the computer's settings are needed.

| • I don't have a wireless adaptor in my laptop can i still use this service? |

Of course. Please contact the front desk in your hotel and ask to rent a wireless adaptor. The card will be provided against a deposit with no extra charge. No drivers or software need to be installed. For additional information please contact our call center: 1-800-202-252

The service is available at the hotel floors and the main lobby. Coverage areas may vary depending on each hotel.

| • How to connect to a wireless network? |
|
Thank you for choosing HotLink as your service provider in Israel.
In order to connect to the Internet you will need the folowing:
- A laptop or a PDA with a wireless adaptor, if your device dosen't have one, you can borrow one for a diposit - please contact the front desk for more information.
- Installed OS that supprt wireless networking (MS Windows 98 and newer, Mac Os 9.0 and newer).
- Standard Browser - Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari etc.
How to connect:
- Turn on your computer and wait untill the wireless network is recognized.

Click on the pop-up messege or left click on the wireless network icon  this will open the "Wireless network connection" window.
- Choose the desired network, it should be the hotel name.

- After connecting, you should have the label "connected" and a yellow star next to the network name. The wireless indicator should also change.

You are now connected to the wireless network.

| • How do I join your service? |

In order to use our WiFi service you must purchase an account first.
The are two ways to purchase an account:
- Through the hotel front desk. Please refer to the hotel representative for more information.
- On line sign-up using credit or debit card.
- Follow instructions under "How to connect to a wireless network?" in order to connect to the Hotspot.
- Open your web browser (Internet explorer, Mozilla, Safari, Opera etc.), instead of your normal homepage you should get HotLink's Login page. If not, just enter any address (ie. www.google.com), the network will redirect you to the login page.
- Choose "Subscribe Now" option.
- Choose the desired package, 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days or 1 week.
- Read the service policy and accept it by clicking on "I Agree"
- Fill in you credit debit card
- After transaction, you will be redirected to a screen with user name and password, please write those down.
- You can login immediately by clicking on "Login". Please note that from the moment you must login within 12 hours.
